Save Imaged under standard uploads folders

I need that images are uploaded on standard media folder (i.e. uploads/YYYY/MM) instead of photo-gallery subfolder, so I can use same images inside posts and I can move images on Google Cloud Storage (using plugins as WP Stateless)
