Allow form field values to be placed in URL of submittion action

I want to "post" the values of a form to an outside webpage. So, it would be nice if I could specify something like this in the After Submission "URL": "http://www.thirdpartwebsite.com/formsubmit?formname=textform&firstname=[firstname]&lastname=[lastname]. Where the items within the brackets will be replaced with the filled in values for those form fields.
