Ignore updates function

Please implement Ignore updates function (like in other platforms).

For example: Some plugins are attached to themes without license (like Visual Composer).

Its automatic update is then not possible but there is no need to be informed (in 10web panel) about the update that can not be performed, thats why "Ignore" fuction is essential in such cases.
