e-commerce backup please!

after talking to support I was told eCommerce backup not possible, meaning:

for example, I get orders, accidentally delete them, can I just restore orders instead of site design?

and in reverse, let's say I did design change, and want to go back to old design form yesterday, can go back without losing current orders?

hope this gets implemented. I think wp time capsule does this.
