Ability to Change Subdomains

I would like the ability to change subdomains, but if this isn't something you want to put time into, please turn off the ability to change subdomains in the WP Admin of the install as it only creates confusion and disables sites once changed. If a client has access to something, they are more than likely to mess with it...
