More control over the cache

On an e-commerce website, the cart, checkout, and account/login pages should never been cached. I don't see way to control what gets cached. Also, I would like the cache to flush automatically after certain website changes (page edit, new past, update to theme files, etc.) Lastly, I would like to see a cache pre-load option based on the sitemap (like Wp-Rocket). this is really great for low traffic sites.
