Currently when using the FAQs Search box feature, once a term is input into the Search box, there is not an instruction or link to get back to the main FAQs
Here's an example:
1) Go to: guystobabes.com/faqs
2) Type anything into the search box. For instance, type “yellow”.
3) As expected, you will not get any results.
4) Now, how do you get back to the main faq page? guystobabes.com/faqs
Another example, in step 2 above, type “babe nation”. You will get results. But still the question remains, how do you get back to the main faq page? guystobabes.com/faqs
I have added a link “Return to Main FAQs”, but without the link I added, how would you do it?
I posted this question in your forum and was told the way to get back to the main FAQ page is to clear the term from the Search box and hit enter. Yes, this works. However, it's not intuitive. The end user will want to hit the browser back button (which does not work) or look for a link. I think adding a link back to the website.com/faqs page is much more user friendly and should be included in a future feature update.
