Form wont submit

The form was working but it has just stopped working. You fill in your details and click submit and all the information just stays in the fields and does not go through

  I am also experiencing the same issues today.  I upgraded from version 2.14.0 to version 2.14.3 with the hope the problem would have been rectified as typically done in previous suggested in previous tickets.  My wordpress is version 5.8.1
