formatted phone numbers

This is an idea for Form Maker. 

When a person types in their phone number, it should show up like this:

770-734-9222

not like this: 7707349222

 

With the "dashes", this will make it look very professional.

attached is an image of what it will look like onscreen.

  In fact, there should be an option to set a mask. The user can then set it to be 999-999-9999, or (999) 999-9999, or 999 999 9999 or whatever else he wants.
  
  And the number should be formatted in real time (i.e. as soon as one digit is entered, the formating starts and the field appear in the right format as the user types in the number)
