General adjustable heading text for all galleries

It would be very nice if you could set a general and customizable (position, style, size, text) heading for all galleries in Options or Theme.

for example:

Picture gallery
If you click on an image, it will appear larger and other images can be viewed as a running show or individually!

  Thanks for submitting an idea.

  Dear Frank we have general options section, which changes are applying to all galleries, also if you create a gallery theme and style it per your needs then apply it to all your galleries then all of them will have the same styling. 

  If we have not understood your point well enough, please give us more details, that would  be nice if you could include some examples.

  I know the possibilities in the general options and the themes and have both in mind.

  What I mean is that I can set a general customizable heading for all galleries in posts (see screenshot). Probably the best place for this setting/option would be in the themes.
