Formmaker upgrade suggestion

I would like for formmaker to automatically fill a text field with the page title - a lot of times, I want a form to appear on a blog page or service page and I want the form submission to make it easy for the user to select the blog page without having to look for it.

  You can use the email-settings. There you have a placeholder for "page-url". Then you know from which page the form is submittedt. You don't need the user to fill in this information. It comes with the email notification for you.
