Typically, subscriptions can be managed, canceled, or reactivated from the Subscription menu in your 10Web Dashboard. However, if your subscription was previously canceled and the Activate Subscription button is missing, the issue may be related to your primary payment method.
If you had PayPal set as your only payment method, automatic payments via PayPal are no longer supported on the 10Web platform. To reactivate your subscription, you will need to add a credit card as your primary payment method.
How to add a card payment method
- Click on the user drop-down menu in the upper left corner of the 10Web Dashboard.
- Select Payment Methods.
- Click Add Payment Method.
- Enter your credit card information and save it.
Once you have added your credit card as the payment method, you should be able to see the Activate Subscription button and reactivate your plan.
