All eCommerce and Agency plans of 10Web offer a unique integration between AI Builder and WooCommerce, providing a unified set of ecommerce menus in the 10Web dashboard. With this integration, you can manage every aspect of your WooCommerce store without navigating the WordPress admin menus.
This article focuses on order management, helping you track product orders, payments, and refunds effectively.

- Click the Manage button next to the site where you want to manage orders.
- Select the eCommerce tab to expand the menu.
- Click on Orders.
Orders menu tabs and statuses
Orders are usually created when a customer completes the checkout process on your site. However, you can manually add orders directly from the WooCommerce menu in the WordPress Admin panel.
By default, the Orders menu shows all orders received on your site. You can filter orders by status using the tabs at the top of the menu.
The available statuses include:
- Pending: The order has been received, but no payment has been made. These orders are generally awaiting customer action.
- Processing: Payment has been made, and stock has been reduced. The order is ready for fulfilment.
- On hold: The order is waiting for payment confirmation. Stock has been reduced, but payment needs to be verified.
- Completed: The order has been fulfilled and marked complete.
- Cancelled: The order was cancelled by either an admin or the customer.
- Refunded: When an admin or shop manager issues a full refund, the order is automatically marked as refunded.
- Failed: The payment was declined or failed, and no payment was made.
- Draft: Draft orders are created when customers begin the checkout process using the block version of the checkout (only applies to sites with the Block Theme).
Order attributes
Each order listed in the Orders menu includes the following details:
- Order number: A unique identifier for the order. Click it to view the individual order details.
- Date: The date the order was created.
- Customer: The email address of the customer who placed the order. You can click the email to open the customer’s profile in the Customers menu.
- Total: The total value of the order.
- Transaction ID: Click this to view transaction details in the Transactions menu.
- Payment status: Displays the payment status, such as Pending, Paid, Canceled, Refunded, Failed, or On Hold.
- Order status: The current status of the order. You can manually change this using the dropdown menu, if necessary (refer to the status descriptions above).
Quick tip:
Use the 🔍search field at the top left of the menu to quickly locate specific orders. Navigate between pages using the <> arrow buttons in the bottom right corner of the tab.
