The 10Web Dashboard is your central hub for managing websites hosted with 10Web, built from scratch with the AI Builder, or connected via plugins like Speed Booster. It provides a unified interface to handle all aspects of your 10Web account, including site management, workspace settings, and access to subscription services. This guide will walk you through navigating and making the most of its key features.
General overview
10Web Dashboard consists of the following main areas:
- Top bar: Used to navigate through the dashboard, workspace, and account menus.
- Dashboard area: The main content area where you manage sites and services.
- Left-hand bar: Switch between workspaces you have access to.
- Live chat icon: Located in the bottom-right corner, allowing 24/7 assistance.
Top bar
Let's break down the elements of the top bar, moving from left to right:
10Web logo: Click this to return to the main dashboard page, regardless of the current menu.
Workspace menu: Click here for a dropdown menu where you can access:
- Your current subscription plan
- User & Team management, including an option to invite new users
- Activity logs (for Platform plans) to track and manage user activities
- White label (for Agency plans)
- Workspace info
- Subscription plan
- Billing details
- Payment methods
- Invoices
Dashboard switcher (Platform plans only): Allows access to additional dashboards for managing domains and payments.

Progress indicator: Displays ongoing dashboard processes like plugin updates or image optimization.
Knowledge base: Links to the Help Center with guides and articles about 10Web features.

Notifications: Alerts about your sites, account, and dashboard activities.
Account settings: Access your personal information, login and security settings, workspace access or sign out of the account.
Domains dashboard (Platform plans only)
10Web serves as a domain registrar, allowing you to purchase and manage domain names directly from the Domains Dashboard. Manage verification, renewal, and DNS settings in this sub-dashboards. You can switch to this dashboard using the My Products dropdown (refer to the Top bar section of this article).
10Web payments dashboard (Platform plans only)
The Payments Dashboard allows you to set up and manage 10Web’s payment system for your eCommerce sites, track payouts, and monitor payment statuses. You can switch to this dashboard using the My Products dropdown (refer to the Top bar section of this article).
Websites Dashboard
When you log into the dashboard, you’ll first see the website management page where each hosted or connected site is represented as a "site card." The Websites Dashboard is available on all 10Web plans, regardless of whether hosting is included.
Important:
If your subscription has expired, you’ll be redirected to the Subscription page to renew your plan upon logging in.
Each site card provides the following actions:
- Access the individual management panel of the site by clicking the Manage button at the bottom right of the card.
- Check the site’s Page Speed Score.
- Enter the WordPress Admin panel by clicking the "W" icon in the top right.
- View the site’s homepage by clicking the "Eye" icon.
- Clone or remove the website (hosted sites only) via the three dots in the top right.
At the top of the Websites Dashboard, you’ll find action buttons to:
- Create a website: Start with a blank installation or use AI Builder to create a site or clone a webpage using its URL.
- Migrate your website: Use the 10Web migration plugin or upload a backup to the migration assistant.
- Additional website: If you have a platform plan or hosting add-on.
- Optimize your website: For Speed Booster or Plugin plans, connect your site for optimization or plugin access.
Individual website management panel
Clicking the Manage button on a site card opens the individual site management panel. The specific options here depend on your subscription plan.

The design and layout of this panel may vary slightly based on your plan and updates to the 10Web UI.
Hosted website dashboard
- Environment switcher: Switch between live and staging environments to test and transfer modifications between the two environments.
- Thumbnail: Preview your site’s front page and view its Page Speed Score. Click the "W" icon to log into the backend (WordPress Admin).
- Main: View core updates, backups, image optimization, security, and website data usage.
- AI Builder: Use the AI Builder to generate websites from scratch or recreate any existing webpage without duplicating code. You can also convert non-WordPress pages to WordPress in minutes and edit pages using a simple menu.
- Navigation: Using this tab, you can easily create and apply navigation menus to various pages and sections of your site
- Ecommerce: If you're on one of the eCommerce plans, you will have access to this tab, where you can intuitively manage your store settings: add and edit products and variations, access store analytics, calculate taxes, track orders and payments, and much more.
- Website Booster: Access advanced settings for the 10Web Website Booster and Cloudflare Enterprise CDN, allowing for precise control over performance optimization.
- Domains: Manage domain details, add or point subdomains, and control DNS records.

Hosting Services: Manage hosting backend tools, including:
- Credentials: Access data center info, IP address, MySQL, SFTP, and SSH credentials.
- Tools: Access server-side caching, SSL certificates, PHP version controls, and more.
- Redirects: Add individual or bulk redirect rules to your site.
- Resource Usage: Monitor visitor numbers and server usage over 7- and 30-day periods.
- Logs: View server access, error, and PHP logs.
- Hosting performance: See an overview of your hosting backend's performance.
- Staging environment: Enable staging to safely test changes before pushing them live.
- Plugins: Manage both 10Web and third-party plugins, including downloading, uploading, and activating them. You can also schedule automatic updates to maintain security.
- WordPress themes: Add, upload, apply, or delete themes. Automatic theme updates can also be scheduled.
- Backups: 10Web automatically backs up your website every 24 hours, creating restore points for added security. You can adjust the backup schedule or trigger manual backups as needed.
- White Label (Agency plans only): Agency plans allow you to configure the White Label feature, replacing 10Web branding within the WordPress Admin backend with your own custom branding.
Connected site (Speed Booster) panel
For externally hosted sites connected via the Speed Booster, the panel grants access to:
- Main: View the overall performance of your site and select from four optimization modes.
- Pages: See optimization statuses and apply custom settings per page.
- Image optimization: Launch optimization for your media gallery images and enable automatic image optimization and WebP conversion.
- Cloudflare CDN: Set up Cloudflare Enterprise CDN, Manage CDN settings and track bandwidth usage.
- Hosting performance: Evaluate your current hosting backend and compare it to recommended benchmarks.
- Settings: Access advanced customization options for site optimization,
- White label (Agency plans): Use white label for Speed Booster menus within the WordPress dashboard.
Connected site (Plugin plan) panel
For Plugin plans, you can:
- Thumbnail: Preview the front page of your site and access the backend via the "W" icon.
- Plugins: Manage plugins for connected sites, as well as plugin updates.
Sidebar
The left-hand sidebar displays all workspaces you have access to, with your main workspace at the top. Hover over any workspace to view its name and your role. At the bottom of the sidebar, you’ll find a heart icon linking to the 10Web Help Center, where you can submit ideas or check support ticket statuses.
