For centuries, understanding customers and their behavior has been the key process of any commercial endeavor. Today, eCommerce business owners have an unprecedented advantage—access to detailed metrics about their buyers and purchasing habits.
This article, part of the Ecommerce Menu series, will guide you through the Customers Tab in your 10Web dashboard, helping you better understand your customers and how they interact with your online store.

Navigating the Customers tab
To access the Customers tab:
- Log into your 10Web Dashboard.
- Click the Manage button under the eCommerce site you want to manage.
- Open the Ecommerce tab to display all eCommerce menu options.
- Click on the Customers tab.
Customers tab overview
The Customers tab consists of several key columns:

Customer ID: Click to access a detailed view where you can:
See the total amount spent by the customer.
Refund their purchases.
View all their orders. - Name: The customer’s full name.

Email: The customer’s registered email address.
Note:
Use the search field at the top of the tab to quickly find a customer by their email address
- Orders: The total number of orders placed by the customer.
- Total Spent: The total amount paid by the customer for all their orders.
By utilizing the Customers Tab, you can efficiently track customer activity, manage transactions, and gain valuable insights into your buyers.
