I have noticed that a lot of 10web users are complaining about the lack of Email Hosting support.

Someone from the 10web Support team have recommended using Yandex or Zoho Email but not everyone is keen on using those service. Google Suite is not practical since you have to pay per email account. And as a result some users even have decided to leave 10web platform.
