At 10Web.io, we offer a variety of subscription plans designed to meet different needs. From the subscription plan section, you can check your current plan's details, upgrade to a different plan, or cancel your subscription.
The Subscription plan page of your 10Web Dashboard provides all the necessary information about your plan, including its features, limitations, and billing details. In this article, we’ll walk you through how to access and navigate this page.
Accessing the subscription plan page
To access the Subscription plan page
- Log into your 10Web Dashboard.
- Click on your Workspace Name in the top-left corner of the dashboard.
- In the dropdown menu, locate and select Subscription plan under Workspace settings.

At the top of the Subscription plan page, you'll see your current plan title in bold, followed by details about your services, features, and usage. These details vary depending on your subscription type.
Platform plans (trial period)
On the left side of the screen, you will see the current plan panel, which includes:
- The title of your subscription plan.
- Your billing cycle (monthly or annual).
Note:
If you are on a monthly trial, you have the option to switch to an annual plan for better pricing upon the paid plan activation.
- A list of included features.
On the right side, the plan details section provides options to:
- View the number of free trial days remaining.
Important:
Adding a website will redirect you to the checkout page for confirmation. This will immediately end your trial and start a paid subscription. Proceed only if you are ready for the Pro plan.
- Upgrade to a higher-tier plan: You’ll be redirected to a comparison menu before upgrading.
- Cancel your trial: If you do not wish to continue with the plan.
Platform plans (after trial upgrade)
Once you upgrade from the trial to a paid plan, additional options appear below your plan title:
- Add an extra website: Purchase additional site slots.
- Upgrade your plan: Move to a higher-tier plan with more features.
- Websites: Displays the number of websites you can host under your plan.
- SSD Storage limit: Shows total storage, including add-ons.
- Monthly visitors limit: Displays the total visitor capacity for all hosted sites.

Website Generations: Shows how many times you can generate a new site template using AI Builder monthly. The mention limit is reset each month.
Note:
Converting sites to WordPress using their existing URLs does not count towards your Website Generations limit and has no restrictions.
- Plan price: Displays the cost of your subscription.

Billing cycle: Monthly or annual.
Note:
You can switch to an annual plan in the dashboard. To switch to monthly billing, contact Customer Care.
- Next billing date: When your next automatic payment will be processed.
- Cancel your subscription: Click on the cancellation prompt to provide feedback and complete the cancellation process.

Domains (if you obtained a domain name through 10Web) displays:
Your domain name.
Renewal price.
Billing cycle and next billing date.
Whether automatic renewal is enabled.
10Web Booster plugin plans
On the left side of the Speed Booster plan page, you’ll see:
- Your current plan name.
- The number of websites connected to the optimization service.

Optimization details, including:
Full frontend optimization: A brief description of the optimization techniques used.
Cloudflare Enterprise CDN: Displays the number of websites using the Cloudflare Enterprise CDN, CDN bandwidth included in the plan, and performance and security benefits of the CDN.
On the right side, you’ll find your billing details:
- Plan price.

Billing cycle: Monthly or annual.
Note:
You can switch to an annual plan in the dashboard. To switch to monthly billing, contact Customer Care.
- Next billing date: When your subscription payment will be charged automatically.
- Cancel your subscription: Click on the cancellation prompt to provide feedback and cancel.

Default payment method: The payment method attached to your account for automatic renewals.
Note:
To manage or update your payment methods, click on "All payment methods" to access the Payments Methods menu.
