Accessing DNS records
To simplify the process of managing DNS records on the 10Web dashboard, we have structured the steps based on your domain acquisition and the fact whether the site is hosted with us or not. In all the below scenarios, you should use 10Web Nameservers to manage the DNS records with us.

If Domain is provided by 10Web
You can access DNS from the Domain Portfolio section:
- Log in to your 10Web dashboard.
- Navigate to My Products > Domains.
- Choose the desired domain from your portfolio.
- Access the DNS management section.
Note:
If the domain is pointed to a 10Web-hosted website, the below steps can be applied as well.
If Domain is not provided by 10Web
Manage DNS from the Website Domains:
- Within your 10Web dashboard, go to Manage Website.
- Navigate to Hosting Services > Domains.
- Access the Manage DNS option.
Important:
If you're using third-party nameservers instead of 10Web nameservers for any of the scenarios mentioned above, you should manage DNS from the third-party service.
Adding DNS records
From the Manage DNS page of the 10Web dashboard:
- Click on Add A DNS Record
- Under Type choose the record type
- Fill in the required information
- Click Add DNS Record
Important:
Different record types will require different input of information. For more on this, please take a look at DNS record types.
Quick tips:
We have made it easy to set up business emails for Zoho and G Suite. Just click on the corresponding button to quickly add the MX records, click Add Record and you are done!
Editing/deleting DNS records
From the Manage DNS page of the 10Web dashboard:
- Choose the record you want to edit
- Click on the edit icon on the right of the record
- Edit the information as needed
- Click Save
To delete a record:
- Choose the record you want to delete
- Click on the 3 dots located to the right of each record
- Click on Remove record
Note:
It may take some time for the added/edited DNS records to resolve. To see if your records have resolved, you can use third party DNS checkers.
