Troubleshooting Changes Made to Website are Not Visible in Frontend

Sometimes when you make changes to your website, your changes might not show up if you have caching enabled. To fix this issue:

  • Log in to your 10Web dashboard
  • Click on the website that has this issue
  • In the menu on the left, click on Tools
  • In the Website Cache boxfield, click Clear Cache

This will clear stored cache allowing visitors to see your website's most current version.
