Quick tip:
We recommend monitoring resource usage so you’re aware of potential overages. Click the Usage Summary icon in the dashboard’s top right to see the current number of visitors, available storage, and more.
Your plan includes a preset number of visitors and storage space. Since 10Web’s AI-powered platform provides elastic scalability, your website is always available to visitors, even if you go over the number of included visitors in your plan or need more storage space.
This process is entirely automated, so you only pay for extra visitors or storage space as needed.
Important:
Additional fees for overages cannot be charged via Paypal. If you’re using Paypal as your main payment method, you can add a credit card as your default payment method for additional fees.
Visitor overages
All plans include a specified number of website visitors for each month.
If you go over your plan’s limit, there is a $2 automated charge for each additional 10,000 website visitors.
How are monthly visitors counted?
Note:
Each unique IP address that visits your website in a 24-hour period represents a visitor. Learn more about how monthly visitors are counted.
Storage overages
All plans include a specific amount of storage space for your website’s files and database plus separate storage space for backups. If you exceed your plan’s included storage space, we automatically use any additional storage space needed to ensure your website remains up and running.
Extra storage space is $2 for each additional 5GB of SSD storage.
Extra space for backups is $2 for each additional 20GB of storage.
Quick tip:
Get the most out of your backup storage space by managing your backups.
When are overage charges due?
Overages are billed at the end of each monthly billing period.
For example, your plan payment was on May 5th, and you also went over your plan’s included resources the same month. The extra overage charge will be billed on June 5th.
Quick tip:
You can view and manage your invoices from your dashboard’s Workspace Settings.
