10Web's automated hosting employs Nginx FastCGI cache, front-end page caching with the Speed Booster plugin, and Cloudflare Enterprise CDN cache (available as a paid add-on). However, you are free to use a third-party caching plugin if you prefer. Please review our list of non-recommended plugins before proceeding.
An exclamation mark instead of the Google PageSpeed score on your Dashboard indicates a failed page speed score check.
To resolve this:
- Go to Website Booster > Main
- Click Reanalyze - it will run a new speed score test
- If the problem persists, investigate the score directly at Page Speed Insights page to check if the page is parsable by Lighthouse
- If the issue is only present on the end of the 10Web dashboard, please re-check the scores late and contact our Customer Care team, should the problem persist.
However, if the score check fails both in the 10Web dashboard and PageSpeed Insights, it may indicate a global issue with the site’s design and accessibility for speed parsers. Here’s a list of things to check:

Website Accessibility: Please check if your website is globally accessible (you can use downtime checkers like isitdownrightnow.com or simply try opening it in an incognito browser tab). If you cannot access it, investigate potential plugin-caused fatal errors on your site (here’s how).
Feel free to reach out to our support if you cannot determine the cause or believe the downtime is due to a server-side issue. - Preloaders and JS Delay: If the site is accessible, another reason speed checkers may not be able to parse it could be the presence of preloaders on the page, particularly when combined with the JS delay functionalities of performance plugins like our Speed Booster. If you do have a preloader, try disabling either the preloader or the JS delay feature of your performance plugin of choice.
- Plugin/Theme Conflicts: You can also investigate potential plugin or theme conflicts by disabling plugins one by one, or in batches, and rechecking your scores.
