The Agency Core plan supports up to 20 websites and is designed for agencies, freelancers, resellers, and growing teams that need a scalable way to build, host, manage, and sell WordPress websites. It combines Agentic Website Builder, premium hosting, performance optimization, client management, billing tools, and access to 10Web’s reseller suite in one centralized platform.

Agency Core is ideal for businesses that want to offer AI-powered website creation under their own brand, manage multiple client websites from one dashboard, and build a recurring revenue workflow with branded website creation and billing management.

What’s included

The Agency Core plan includes the following functionalities and features along with their limitations:

1. High-performance WordPress hosting

  • Managed WordPress hosting: Fast and reliable cloud hosting for 20 websites.
  • 99.99% uptime: Websites hosted on 10Web are built for high availability and reliable performance.
  • Monthly visitors: The plan supports up to 200,000 visitors per month. For every 10K extra visitors, you’ll be charged an extra $2 at the end of the billing month. Visits are measured by the total monthly traffic (unique IPs) to your site. These visits are shared across the plan.
  • SSD storage: Includes 100 GB scalable storage with fees for overages if you exceed the limit. You’ll be charged an extra $2 at the end of the billing month for each extra 5GB used.
  • Free SSL certificate: 10Web provides you with a free one-click SSL using Let’s Encrypt integration.
  • Bot and DDoS protection: Helps protect your websites from bot traffic and DDoS attacks.
  • Access to website files and database: Easy access to SSH, SFTP and MySQL.
  • Data center locations: Choose between our global data center locations for each WordPress install. Your data center should be close to your visitors.
  • Staging area: Each site comes with a dedicated staging environment, where you can safely test updates and push changes to live with one click, keeping your live site safe from maintenance bugs.

Price and billing cycle

If you already have the Agency Core plan and wish to change your billing cycle:

  • Go to the Subscription Plan page.
  • If you’re currently on a monthly plan and want to switch to an annual plan, click Switch to Annual to make the change.

Note:

Longer billing cycles may be more cost-effective than monthly billing. Please check the pricing page or your checkout screen for the current billing options and savings.

Upgrade options

Adding more websites

If you need additional websites, you can add them to your Agency Core plan from the Subscription Plan page. Additional website pricing may vary based on the selected billing cycle, so the current amount is shown during checkout.

  • Log into your 10Web dashboard.
  • Go to the Subscription Plan page.
  • Click Buy Additional Website.
  • Specify the number of websites.
  • Complete the checkout.

Upgrading to a higher plan

If you need more websites, custom resources, lower transaction fees, or advanced agency-level options, you can upgrade to a higher plan. Some upgrades are handled manually by our Billing Team, as they cannot be completed directly through your account. Please contact our Customer Care team for assistance.

Downgrading to a lower plan

If you wish to downgrade your plan - for instance, from annual to monthly billing or to a lower-tier subscription - please contact our Customer Care team. Downgrading is a manual process handled by our Billing Team, as it cannot be performed directly through your account. Our support agents will assist you in making the necessary adjustments to your subscription.
