The AI Ultimate plan is designed for websites needing top performance, reliability, and scalability. With high resources, premium support, and advanced features, it’s ideal for large-scale projects and mission-critical sites.

What’s included

The AI Ultimate plan includes the following functionalities and features along with their limitations:

1. High-performance hosting by Google Cloud

  • Managed WordPress hosting: Fast and reliable hosting powered by Google Cloud servers. 
  • 99.9% uptime guarantee: Websites hosted on 10Web are up and running 99.9% of the time without a glitch due to Google Cloud.
  • Monthly visitors: The plan supports up to 100,000 visitors per month. For every 10K extra visitors, you’ll be charged an extra $2 at the end of the billing month. Visits are measured by the total monthly traffic (unique IPs) to your site. These visits are shared across the plan.
  • SSD storage: Includes 20GB scalable storage with fees for overages if you exceed the limit. You’ll be charged an extra $2 at the end of the billing month for each extra 5GB used. 
  • Free SSL certificate: 10Web provides you with a free one-click SSL using Let’s Encrypt integration. 
  • Malware removal program: We deploy 24/7 monitoring and regular scans to identify malicious code. Upon malware detection, we promptly initiate the Malware Removal Process and alert the site owner.
  • Access to website files and database: Easy access to SSH, SFTP and MySQL.
  • Data center locations: Choose between our global data center locations for each WordPress install. Your data center should be close to your visitors.
  • Multisite support: Install WordPress multisite and manage all aspects of your WordPress multisite from the 10Web dashboard.
  • Staging area: Each site comes with a dedicated staging environment, where you can safely test updates and push changes to live with one click, keeping your live site safe from maintenance bugs.
  • Free custom domain: Get your first custom domain for free (up to 30$). If you choose a more expensive domain, the specified amount will be applied as a discount.
  • Automated 1-click migration: Move your website to 10Web from any other hosting effortlessly.

  • AI website generator: Answer our brief questionnaire, and our AI-Builder will generate a fully functional website for your business. With this subscription plan, you have 20 attempts of website regeneration per month.
  • Drag and Drop editor based on Elementor: Edit newly built websites using 10Web Builder based on Elementor. Drag and drop widgets and customize them to your own unique style.
  • Ecommerce website generation: You have the option to create an online e-commerce store which includes the WooCommerce plugin to simplify operations and improve the customer experience with 10Web Dashboard’s simple interface to track and manage your orders.
  • AI Co-pilot Editor:  Simplifies the editing and customization process. You can input your desired changes as text, and the AI automatically applies the modifications.

Price and billing cycle

For pricing details about the AI Ultimate plan, please visit this page. You have the option to choose between a monthly or annual billing cycle.

If you already have the AI Ultimate plan and wish to change your billing cycle:

  • Go to the Subscription Plan page.
  • If you’re currently on a monthly plan and want to switch to an annual plan, click Switch to Annual to make the change.

Note:

The annual plan is 50% more cost-effective than the monthly plan.

Upgrade options

Adding more websites

If you need additional websites, purchase the same plan for each new site.

  1. Log into your 10Web dashboard.
  2. Click Buy to select additional websites.
  3. Specify the number of websites.
  4. Complete the checkout.

Upgrading to a higher plan

Upgrading is a manual process managed by our Billing Team, as it cannot be completed directly through your account. Please contact our Customer Care team for assistance.

Downgrading to a lower plan

If you wish to downgrade your plan—for instance, from annual to monthly billing or to a lower-tier subscription—please contact our Customer Care team. Downgrading is a manual process handled by our Billing Team, as it cannot be performed directly through your account. Our support agents will assist you in making the necessary adjustments to your subscription.
