This plan includes everything in AI Premium, with higher website, AI credit, visitor, and storage limits. It also includes Google Cloud Hosting and Cloudflare CDN for 1 website.

What’s included

The AI Ultimate plan includes the following functionalities and features along with their limitations:

1. High-performance WordPress hosting by Google Cloud

• Managed WordPress hosting: Fast and reliable Google Cloud Hosting for 4 websites.
• 99.99% uptime: Websites hosted on 10Web are built for high availability and reliable performance.
• Monthly visitors: The plan supports up to 50,000 visitors per month. For every 10K extra visitors, you’ll be charged an extra $2 at the end of the billing month. Visits are measured by the total monthly traffic, based on unique IPs, to your sites. These visits are shared across the plan.
• SSD storage: Includes 25GB scalable storage with fees for overages if you exceed the limit. You’ll be charged an extra $2 at the end of the billing month for each extra 5GB used.
• Free SSL certificate: 10Web provides you with a free one-click SSL using Let’s Encrypt integration.
• Free custom domain: The AI Ultimate plan includes a free custom domain for 1 year, up to $30.
• Bot and DDoS protection: Helps protect your websites from bot traffic and DDoS attacks.
• Access to website files and database: Easy access to SSH, SFTP and MySQL.
• Hosting usage analytics: Track key hosting usage data for your websites from the 10Web dashboard.

Price and billing cycle

For pricing details about the AI Ultimate plan, please visit this page. You have the option to choose between monthly, annual, and longer-term billing cycles when available.

If you already have the AI Ultimate plan and wish to change your billing cycle:

• Go to the Subscription Plan page.
• If you’re currently on a monthly plan and want to switch to an annual plan, click Switch to Annual to make the change.

Upgrade options

Adding more websites

If you need additional websites, you can add them to your AI Ultimate plan from the Subscription Plan page. Additional website pricing may vary based on the selected billing cycle, so the current amount is shown during checkout.

1. Log into your 10Web dashboard.
2. Go to the Subscription Plan page.
3. Click Buy Additional Website.
4. Specify the number of websites.
5. Complete the checkout.

Upgrading to a higher plan

Consider a higher plan if you require more websites, more AI credits, more monthly visitors, more storage, or additional features.

1. Log into your 10Web dashboard.
2. Go to the Subscription Plan page.
3. Click the Upgrade button.
4. Choose a plan and billing cycle.
5. Complete the checkout.

Downgrading to a lower plan

If you wish to downgrade your plan, for instance, from annual to monthly billing or to a lower-tier subscription, please contact our Customer Care team. Downgrading is a manual process handled by our Billing Team, as it cannot be performed directly through your account. Our support agents will assist you in making the necessary adjustments to your subscription.
